Options available when making rent payments to Longman Jones

Firstly please contact the office on 01482 476600 to obtain your personal reference number by phone, the office is open Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm or you can email the office on office@longmanjones.co.uk

The dates due and options available are detailed on page 3 of your tenancy agreement, if you have mislaid yours and need to check these details, please contact the office as above.

We accept payments:

• Online, by transfer to Longman Jones Ltd (please contact the office to obtain our bank details)
• By phone, using a Debit card
• By post, please make cheques payable to Longman Jones Ltd, please ensure they reach us 5 working days before the rent due dates

Longman Jones do not release keys to a property unless all monies due under the terms of the tenancy have been received.
